Soccer Internationale takes great pride in being honest, fair, respectful, and courteous to each and every customer. Therefore, any information that you provide us with will only be used to better serve your needs and to make your shopping experience more complete.
NO RISK RETURN POLICY:
We truly believe you will be pleased with your products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier; we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, return it to us within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange it for something else.

If the item you receive is not right, return it to us within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange it for something else.
For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its
original condition. All items worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in the original
condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. (PLEASE SEE OUR SHOE
RETURN POLICY FOR MORE INFORMATION). If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping cost.
We ship all exchange orders back to you free (Priority Mail, Fed x, or UPS Ground service). Please remember there are
no returns on customized items.
Returning Defective items:
It is our experience that through proper care and normal use, almost all defects for apparel and footwear and evident within the first 30 days after purchase. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex, foam, ortho glass, performance fabrics, etc.). Every item we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. If for any reason something you receive is defective within 30 days after the date of purchase, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund.

At Soccer Internationale, all orders are processed between 10:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your distance from us.

WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.
Shoe Policy:
- First - please save your receipt!!
- Second – We suggest that you try on your shoes on your home
with your shinguards and soccer socks. Doing this before you wear them outside.
- Third – Please take care of your shoes. We suggest you
use a leather treatment on your shoes daily. DO NOT WALK ON CONCRETE WITH YOUR CLEATS.
- All sale shoes are final, no exceptions.
- All returns must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging
and accessories.
- Soccer Internationale reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange
and to make changes to our policy at any time.
